ADMISSIONS AND ENROLLMENT
White Rock Montessori to expand early childhood offerings with new full day, year-round Toddler and Primary Programs for children ages 18 months to 5 years.
To better serve the needs of today’s working families, White Rock Montessori School will offer their first year-round programs since opening in East Dallas over 45 years ago. Recognizing that year-round care is essential in today’s environment and that it’s difficult for parents to fill in gaps during summer months and holidays, our new programs were created with this in mind and are scheduled to open in June of 2022.
The following steps must be completed in the enrollment process.
Step One: Complete the Contact Us Inquiry Form
Complete the Contact Us Inquiry Form to learn more about White Rock Montessori before submitting an application/paying the fee. You will be contacted to schedule a call with our Admissions Coordinator. In preparation for this call, please review our school's Tuition and Fees as well as the Frequently Asked Questions linked here on our website.
Step Two: Application and Application Fee
Step Three: School Tour
Meet with our Admissions Coordinator as you tour our school. This visit typically lasts about 45 minutes and is intended to give parents a closer view of the school. Please make other arrangements for your children during this time.
Step Four: Records and Recommendations
Complete a Teacher Recommendation Request Form, if applicable. By submitting this form, an email is automatically sent to the referenced teacher(s). Please inform them to expect this email and let them know it is important they complete the forms as soon as possible. Complete a Request for Records form and submit it to the office at your child's present school.
Step Five: Student Visit
The admissions coordinator will schedule an opportunity for your child to spend time in one of our classrooms, as follows:
Primary visits last about 15-20 minutes
Kindergarten visits take place in the afternoon from 1:00PM-1:45PM
Lower Elementary visits take place from 8:30AM-11:30AM
Upper Elementary visits take place from 9:30AM-2:00PM
Middle School Student visits take place from 8:30AM - 3:30 PM
Step Six: Visit Follow-Up
We will place a call following your student's visit, offering feedback and answering further questions. Offers of enrollment will be confirmed by the Director after a student has visited.
Step Seven: Finalize Enrollment
Once an offer of enrollment has been made, you may secure your child's place by submitting the signed Enrollment Contract and non-refundable Enrollment Fee.
