The following steps must be completed in the enrollment process. All openings are generally filled and enrollment closed by April 1st.
Complete the Application for Admission and $75 Application Fee through our website. If you would like more information about our school, general information sessions and tours take place in the fall and winter prior to the enrollment year. Call us for dates and reservations.
Schedule your tour with our School Director through the office. This visit typically lasts about 45 minutes.
After your tour, the school will contact you to schedule an observation in the classroom your child would potentially be entering. These parent-only observations typically begin in February and last approximately 30 minutes.
Submit a Teacher Recommendation Form to two of your child's current teachers, if applicable, requesting they complete the form and submit them to us as soon as possible.
Complete a Request for Records and submit to the school office at your child's present school, if applicable.
The school will schedule a visit for your child after the Parent Observation.
We will place a call following your student's visit, offering feedback and answering further questions. Offers of enrollment will be confirmed by the Director after a student has visited.
Once an offer of enrollment has been made, you may secure your child's place by meeting with our Business Administrator and submitting the signed Enrollment Contract, non-refundable Enrollment Fee, and completed SMART Form.
