Over the thirty-five years since we welcomed twelve children into our first sparsely-furnished, one-room school, WRM has enjoyed strong, steady growth, providing Montessori education of the highest quality to hundreds of children and support for their families. In return, families and friends of the school have consistently made generous contributions of their time, talents, and money, allowing our small school to offer a big school experience. Due to strong fiscal stewardship of the Board and the creativity and resourcefulness of our faculty and staff, WRM is on firm financial footing. However, today's challenging economic environment makes it more important than ever that we receive support from Annual Giving.
Contributions to Annual Giving help fund operational expenses, such as increases in compensation and benefits, technology upgrades, new materials and supplies, and the rich liberal arts and environmental education programs for which the school is noted. It also allows us to maintain a healthy socio-economic demographic by keeping tuition low. Because the tuition you pay for your child does not entirely cover the cost of educating him/her, your generous financial donation is greatly needed in order for us to continue to operate at the level of excellence you expect and your children deserve.
